Please note, you are buying a used RV, it is not brand new, although this unit is in very good condition, there are some items that make it in not-new condition such as the carpeting is traveled in some areas. But the used condition of this unit does not detract from its overall great condition as the owner has taken very good care of the RV as this unit was part of a rental fleet.. Notes from seller: Condition of Unit:Exterior - Overall condition fair Has typical fading on exterior for a vehicle of its age. Minor scuffs on exterior with one scrape in the Generator compartment that has broken into the exterior but not through the compartment. Generator starts and runs strong. Had an issue with the fuel line pinched by the jacks but has since been rerouted and no reported issues since repair. Awnings all in good condition. Tires - Good - Replaced a couple years ago and have about 20k miles on them. Slides - Good - only had reports of leaking from renters when there was a very heavy storm typical of RVs with slides. Drain seals for the Gray and Black water good. Heater in the sewage compartment needs to be remounted but believed to work. Engine Compartment - Good Dash A/C doesn't blow ice cold (needs Freon?) Have noticed this on other Workhorse RVs. (2 Roof A/Cs work well and will draw less gas running on generator than dash A/C would use). Backup camera in good shape with microphone to hear outside sounds. Leveling Jacks work well. Oil usage typical of Chevy engines of this age. Wouldn't hesitate to drive it across the country. Windshield has a rock chip hidden behind the TV that has been there since put into the rental fleet and hasn't grown. Tear in driver's side door that has been created from slide out opening with seat not moved forward. Easy repair. Interior - Overall condition fair Cabinets in good shape. All appliances in good working condition. No known leaks (never done repair to roof). Bedroom TV has been replaced with a flat screen TV. Carpet shows typical signs of wear and some spots in locations. Water heater keeps water more than hot enough for a typical RV shower. Handle on recliner not attached. Cup holder at sofa broken.
